As the founder of Heart Home, Entreprenuer Mondo Million has dedicated his life to building a better world. He’s a passionate philanthropist, a licensed advisor, and writer.

Director of Operations

Eric has been a part of Heart Home since its inception and plays a critical role in the success of the organization. He is an expert in fundraising through corporate relations and has two degrees in Business & Kinesiology from Fresno Pacific University.

Shalecia Tillman

Executive Director

As the Executive Director of Heart Home, Shay is a dedicated and passionate leader with over 20 years of experience in Business. Throughout Shay’s career, She has been committed to empowering and serving marginalized communities, advocating for social justice, and driving positive social change. She holds a Masters Degree from Grand Canyon University & was responsible for developing and implementing innovative programs that addressed the needs of underserved populations. 

Danielle Gianioro

Treasurer

Danielle is an accomplished accounting professional with several years of experience in financial management, auditing, and accounting. She holds a degree in accounting from a reputable university and is currently working towards her (CPA). Currently, she serves as the Treasurer of Heart Home, a non-profit organization that helps underprivileged citizens gain access to essential resources and treatment. Danielle has a passion for using her skills and expertise to make a difference in the lives of others. She has worked in various finance and accounting roles in both the private and public sectors. As the Treasurer of the non-profit, Danielle is responsible for managing the organization’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. She ensures that the non-profit is compliant with all financial regulations and that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

Director of Administration

As the Director of Administration for Heart Home, Marianna brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. With 2 years in the non-profit sector, Marianna has a proven track record of success in overseeing the day-to-day operations of organizations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals.
