At Heart Home, we believe that everyone deserves a safe and stable home, access to mental health support, and a community that cares. We’re dedicated to reducing the impact of poverty for individuals who are homeless, hungry, and suffering from mental illness or emotional trauma. Our mission is to empower people to overcome their challenges and live meaningful lives, free from the constraints of poverty and homelessness.

Founder & President

As the founder of Heart Home, Entreprenuer Mondo Million has dedicated his life to building a better world. He’s a passionate philanthropist, a licensed advisor, and writer.

Eric Hipolito

Director of Operations

Eric has been a part of Heart Home since its inception and plays a critical role in the success of the organization. He is an expert in fundraising through corporate relations and has two degrees in Business & Kinesiology from Fresno Pacific University.
